NIMROD & SPACEWAR (2010)

In January 2011 the Computerspielemuseum in Berlin opened and with that the world’s first permanent exhibition on computer games. The electronic computer Nimrod is shown, a special machine for the game Nim. On 6 October 1951, Ludwig Erhard competed against the Nimrod. A historical moment. Today, a replica in the exhibition is designed to emulate and convey the original Nim game feeling. I did the illustration of this game console and likewise the PDP-1 for the Spacewar!.
